Professional, I mean really professional salon but with a wonderful interior and really friendly staff. It’s one of those places where all the staff smile and speak when you go to your chair. I can not recommend enough. Annabelle is exceptional

I've been going to Lilys for years and watched Alice develop her salon into the outstanding, award winning success that it is today. Every visit feels like a real treat, lovely coffee and biscuits too. My daughter still comes back from London especially to get her hair done at Lily's. All the stylists are lovely and the products that they use work beautifully and have great sustainability credentials. I would highly recommend Lily's to anyone looking for an excellent hair salon.

Yet again Annabelle turned my frown upside down. She is a total star of knowing exactly what needs doing to make you feel a hundred dollars. I must also say witnessing Alice (owner) with a young child touched my heart. She was kind, patient and professional. So whether you’re 2 years old or 82 years old these incredible people will look after you. The absolute best salon in Diss.

First visit to Lilys and it was a lovely experience all round! A beautiful salon, with a lovely atmosphere. Sian did my hair beautifully and did exactly what I wanted, she really listened and made suggestions too. She is clearly an excellent stylist, so professional but friendly too.
