Chloe makes me feel relaxed every time I see her, she knows what I like about my hair and as I colour my hair at home, she talks through any suggestions/recommendations. Love walking out after my cut and blow dry!

Lovely wee salon. Friendly staff and always a great experience. Krissy is great at advising me on the best treatment/cut for my hair type on the day. Calum, the owner, always makes time to say “hello, how are you?” no matter how busy he is. Always leave feeling happy. Went to the Kilmarnock salon and followed them to Ayr 16+years ago.

My time at the hairdresser is always the best you could ask for. Amazing,kind ,talented, skilful,up to date with hair styles, cuts ,blow drys, hair treatments and fabulous colourist and more. The chairs /loungers ,head massage when getting hair washed etc are so so comfortable...I could sleep...(Well maybe not incase Isnore) but certainly ultra relaxing. Nothing is to much trouble from the minute you step through the door at their fabulous new Salonon on Tam's Brig. . Happy New salon EVERYONE. Thank you for everything. Gill.

Love the layout of the new shop, lots more room and very trendy. Last tint before the New Year and as always overjoyed with the result that Steph did. Friends say why travel from Irvine when there's hairdresser s closer to home. My response is you get what you pay for and that's a 💯 quality service from Steph,in a really friendly salon, and great coffee and biscuit what more could I ask for. Happy New Year to everyone at the salon and here's hoping that 2024 is a good and prosperous one for you all.

Lovely wee salon. Oh been going for a few months but really like it!! Staff friendly and great at job. Have had three different stylists and every one has been fab. On a separate note, Callum clearly cares for his staff - whilst I was having my hair cut he came and asked all his staff if they needed any refreshments ….. to me that says it all. ❤️

Having not been to the hairdressers for about 4 years plus Chantelle was fantastic. Easily put me to ease, I showed her a few styles I liked and was guided through them. We opted for a trimmed length with the option to go shorter on the next appointment opposed to a drastic change after such a long time. We also discussed colouring ahead of my next appointment and Chantelle arranged a colour test. Looking forward to my next appointment. Felt incredible and left with a lighter head and gorgeous curls. Thank you so much. Highly recommend and the atmosphere in the salon was great.

Had a fantastic experience with lovely Chloe who did my daughter and my hair up styles. We were visiting Ayr for a wedding on the Sunday 1st Oct. So glad Phoenix was recommended to us. Would definitely book again when I’m next up in Ayr. Also want to mention Charlie who did our makeup. We were both thrilled with how she did our makeup for the wedding.
