Tom might possibly be, an actual wizard. The job he did on my hair is just absolutely wonderful. I felt so comfortable & cared for. Lots of salons tend to be quite hectic and over stimulating, especially on Saturdays, but Blacc and Blond were much the opposite. They were still busy with a steady stream of customers, but the atmosphere is a testament to their ethos of providing that 1:1 due care and attention to every single customer that comes in. The gender neutral approach was also incredibly appealing to me - as a femme non-binary person it really made me feel seen and included. Thank you!

I have been going to Mirror Mirror for 5 years now and cannot bring myself to move salons. I moved out of Birmingham in early 2022 and still travel 2 hours to get my hair done with Laura - she makes the journey so worth it and really is the best of the best.
