Emily was did a fantastic job for my 13 year old sister. She was super accommodating and my sister was so happy with her hair and felt so special! What I appreciated most about Emily was the way she communicated with my sister and was conscious of putting things across to her according to her age, while also giving my sister the autonomy and independence to make decisions confidently. These kind of interactions I feel can be so impactful on a younger person, this one was definitely very positive and my sister can’t wait for her next haircut!

Fabulous - such a skilful team in a beautiful serene calm space- I have never ever had a bad hair cut / colour and would not go anywhere else. Today Grace transformed my hair - even my husband commented when I got home which does not ever happen
