Wonderful experience in this beautiful salon, such lovely staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Absolutely thrilled with my new colour. The women at the salon were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The hair wash and head massage was incredible. Tamsin gave me a great cut that I was very happy with. It was overall a lovely relaxed experience and I will be back.

Lovely place with very friendly and hard working staff. Unfortunately I didnt get her name, but the lady who did my hair really went out of her way, stayed open late just for me to get my roots done before a birthday weekend. Highly recommend

This is now my regular salon and I have visited at least six times now. I leave over the moon every single time. Tamsin is such a great hairdresser and a lovely person too. It’s a pleasure going each time and I would recommend the Hive to everyone, it’s the best.

Fabulous! Went in for a wet cut this morning. Usually get full head of highlights with Lydia who does a beautiful job. Great communication from everyone who works there, everyone's always so friendly and Lydia always cuts my hair to perfection and does exactly what I ask for. And the products smell great and are kind to my hair!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

I had a smoothing treatment and a cut today with the lovely girls at the Hive Hertford. The transformation I have had is amazing and my hair has never felt this soft and shiny after battling with frizz for years. Very excited to finally feel happy to wear it down. Would absolutely recommend the professional and friendly care at the hive to anyone and i will be returning later in the year.
