Maya was so knowledgable and completely created my ideal hair. She was able to give me a colour that looks so natural and lived in and was able to help me understand the maintenance that I'll need to do. The service in the shop was amazing and I've come out feeling amazing with my hair looking great. The integrity of my hair was preserved and it still feels so strong and healthy. A lovely salon - I'll be going back.

I love coming to the watt! The salon is right up my street with its decor! The staff are super knowledgeable and I feel like I’m in great hands and can trust them with all and any of my hair choices 😄

I’ve been having my hair coloured at the Watt for 9 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I trust Jaymz implicitly. He always listens & gives brilliant advice, my hair always looks amazing when he’s finished! I couldn’t recommend the Watt more, it’s the best hair salon I’ve ever been to!

Myah is AMAZING in every way! She always knows what colours/styles will look good and genuinely cares about not impacting the health of your hair. She’s also super easy and comfortable to chat with while she does your hair! I never used to see a hairdresser before Myah because I didn’t feel I really trusted anyone with my hair, but I have 0 regrets or anxiety putting my hair in her hands! 💖💖💖💖💖

My first visit to the Watt. Lovely Salon & excellent service by Mya my new hairdresser.

My experience at the watt was incredible! The salon is gorgeous and doesn’t feel like you’re in Downham Market at all, it’s very nicely decorated, unique and spacious. The space itself is extremely clean and well looked after. My appointment was with Myah. Myah is an absolute credit to the establishment. She gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of style and cut. She is great! Thankyou to The Watt !

I’m always happy with my experience at the watt but even more so today, despite having to deal with multiple issues that arose in the salon time was taken to talk me through what exactly I wanted and things were explained clearly. My hair is exactly how I imagined it and I’m once again very grateful.

I walked in on the off chance I could have a cut and blow dry. My DIY attempt from you tube went a bit wrong. Within 15 minutes I was seated and in capable hands. I got exactly what I asked for in super quick time. Delighted. If you just want to get in and out with no unnecessary faff be attended to promptly and courteously and walk out with fabulous hair then this place is a little gem.. Inside is similar to a Camden trendy boutique, I couldn't resist taking photos. I would recommend this salon to all my friends and family. Another plus is that it is situated very close to a nail bar.

Amazing how a few snips of Myah's magic scissors has transformed my hair from 'meh' to 'fabulous'! What a great salon this is! My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner! Can't recommend highly enough!
