The best recommendation speak for itself: I am a satisfied returning customer. Emma Victoria is indeed a very talented hairdresser. From colour consultation to cut and blow/dry, I am always leaving the salon feeling a million dollars! Each time Emma V. listens to my concerns and feelings about my complicated hair. She twin those needs with her vast knowledge and “violà” in a couple of hours, my hair is radiant and even better than I imagined.

Always a joy getting pampered at Bounce. Both Steph & Chloe are fantastic at what they do & I’m always happy when I leave the salon. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!!

I can’t recommend this salon enough, it’s rare you walk in with idea of what you want your hair to look like and walk out with EXACTLY what you what you had in mind :) Chloe and Steph are lovely, you feel really looked after when you’re there. Perfect balance of professional and friendly!

So happy to have found this hair salon. Steph is really lovely. This was my first visit. She made me feel really comfortable and the salon is so calm. Steph listened to my requests and made sure she fully understood what I wanted. She cuts with a razor and takes time to ensure the cut is even and thinned where needed and styled beautifully. I'm so happy with my haircut and have rebooked.

I have been coming to Tom for my hair cut for over 10 years. Tom is an exceptional hair dresser and I wouldn't step in another salon. He is always so professional and honest with what he thinks would look right. I have never been disappointed . More recently Emma has been cutting my hair and I have been thrilled with it. Emma is so lovely and a fab hairdresser. She is always a pleasure to chat with. Thankyou both

As always impeccable customer service by friendly and amicable staff. Tom Syed Hair Spa is a family business, because clients and hairdressers are treated like family. They know you and it really reflects in the way your hair gets done. Not your usual salon, but a place were you can really relax and stop looking at the mirror wondering where the next chop-chop is a bout to be. Today I had a butterfly hair cut, beautifully layered, layers of weight were taken off!!! Took over an hour to finish, I got a complicated Latin hair…I got complemented as soon as I walked out from the salon!
