This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. Fantastic hairdresser who offers a friendly and professional consultative service. It was very refreshing to have a consultation before my first hair appointment and I truly felt that Paul really listened to me telling him about my hair & its needs, my routine and expectations. I was then able to easily book my appointment at a suitable time. Paul gave me a fantastic hair cut that is very manageable and looks great. We took our nearly 2 year old boy for his first haircut and Abid was absolutely great with him, got him comfortable with all the tools before cutting his hair and playing with him to keep him happy, a great experience and great haircut! I had my hair cut and coloured by Clare, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is a fantastic hairdresser—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does.
