Good front desk/customer service. My first time letting people do something on my face coz I did bad on my skincare and lack of sleep. They listened to your concern. My face now feels a lil better but I still have bumps growing again. I kinda knew it'll happen even before going in this place but still, the biggest one died down after the treatment. Thanks a lot. I'd go back to this one if I feel something off with my facial skina again.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Grace. She's very friendly and listened patiently to all of my concerns. She explained the different treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most wasn't pushing for the more expensive treatments. Instead, she further explained the alternatives and gave a few options that fit my needs. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful, which made the whole visit even more pleasant. Best of all, the consultation was free and I left feeling well taken care of.

Dr. Miguel has been so efficient and kind and very approachable. He explains well what’s the procedure all about, and what to expect bout it. He’s shown genuine care, i believe to all his patients. Shiella was very caring and thoughtful throughout the facial treatment. She explained every step she was doing. She constantly asked if certain steps hurt. Lenie, who did my underarm waxing, was also very accommodating. It was my first time, and she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She also explained the aftercare routine I had to follow for the next 24 hours. Lastly, Joy tended to my eyebrows, which she skillfully did in a matter of a few minutes in a very painless way. 10/10 experience at Grayce! ✨ Booking was so easy, and their reminders are a total lifesaver if you're always busy and on the go. I tried the Glass Skin Duo (it comes with a brightening facial and the Rejuran Synergy Booster, and my skin feels so clean but still super moisturised. The machine is wild—you can actually feel the serum penetrating your skin! I also love that they ask if you want your face pricked first. I skipped it since the vacuum-like suction felt like enough for me, so it's great that they don't just force a standard routine on you. Overall, such a nice experience! 🙌
