I am honestly so glad that my sister recommended Rachel for lymphatic massage. She is truly amazing at what she does and such a lovely person. I feel like I have known her for years and talk to her about anything and everything. I am 7 months post partum and have had two c sections within 2 years. Rachel does some body contouring for me and lymphatic massage. I have noticed such a difference with the treatments I have done and I’m really happy with the results so far. Keziah gave me my Botox , B12 and Hayfever jab and was absolutely first class. She mad me feel at ease and is such an outgoing character. The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
