Catherine’s treatments always feel so much more than a facial or a massage. I have been having monthly appointments for the past year and this recent one was my favourite yet! Elaine was amazing! I booked a 60 minute full relaxation massage for my partner’s birthday before a lunch at the Sportsman only a few minutes away. She absolutely loved it! Elaine was really helpful from the start and made the whole experience a delight and wanting to book again. The plus side for me was that I was also able to go for a swim in the sea whilst waiting. I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. Lovely sports massage in an enchanting environment. Elaine listened to the needs of my body, checked in throughout the massage and made adjustments to pressure when necessary. The massage was relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated. Looking forward to visiting again.
