Wonderful and relaxing experience as usual. I’ve been attending regularly since 2012 and the standards are consistently impeccable, the setting is always relaxing and welcoming. I normally have deep tissue massage with Rachelle or Virginie, but alas Rachelle doesn’t do massage anymore and is focusing on managing the Team. This time I booked my appointment with Aneta, I was not disappointed, her massage was just as good as those I’ve had before. Aneta is an excellent practitioner, she was polite, attentive to my needs and checking that I was comfortable during the massage. Amazing hands Kudos.

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Rachel is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! Not only is her work always flawless and detailed, but she’s also incredibly accommodating even when I message her last minute, she somehow always finds a way to fit me in. This was my first time visiting Beauty Hideout and having a lymphatic drainage massage - I would definitely recommend both. The clinic was welcoming and clean. Ula was friendly and professional and I felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely book again.
