Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Beautiful relaxing aromatherapy massage and soundbath!

The sister who carried out my Hijama made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job of the deep tissue massage, which has relieved a lot of pressure from my lower back. Since having my treatment I feel lighter, almost as though a heavy load has been lifted off my shoulder. The environment was clean and I will definitely return Insha’Allah.

I had such a great relaxing deep tissue massage. Jeanette checked and relieved the tension I was feeling in certain areas and gave me some great aftercare tips. I slept so well that night. I’m definitely going to make this a monthly self care appointment! Thank you so much!

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.
