I had a BIAB appointment with Andrada and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly polite and professional, offered me a drink as soon as I arrived and gave honest advice on which colours would suit me best. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and overall look. Her positive energy made the whole appointment so enjoyable. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be back! 💅✨

Thani’s service was great. She booked me in on short notice, was responsive, and professional. Her work area is clean and tidy. She listened to what I wanted and I left feeling happy with the look of my lashes. I’d recommend Thani and I’ll be returning to her.

I explained this to Elsa and she sat with me and gave me a tutorial into eyelashes which was so appreciated and together we decided what I wanted. Elsa 100% delivered! I LOVE them and ZERO pain!
