Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. She created such a welcoming learning environment and was so accommodating throughout the course. I left feeling confident and excited to start my brow journey. Violet is the best hairdresser in Coventry. She’s considerate and professional , no matter what haircut I request, she always makes my hair looks fashion and fits with my face shape. She’s always full of patient to check with me if the length, thickness good enough. I always feel great after visiting Violet. To find a good hairdresser to have a good short haircut is not that easy, Violet is superb.

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage.
