I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. First time getting full leg wax, thought it would be sore, but no it wasn't will definitely be back

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. I visited Susan for a massage yesterday at short notice. I was very pleased with the whole appointment. She was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. First Hollywood wax with Resian and I cannot recommend her enough. As always, it’s a little daunting going to someone new for such an intimate service but her professionalism really shone and her friendliness put me at ease immediately. Felt like I was just chatting to a friend whilst she carried out the service, which she did an amazing job of. Less painful than previous Hollywood waxes I’ve had too!
