Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

As usual , great service from Sue. Best waxer in Coventry no doubt. Makes you feel comfortable during your wax. Always super neat as well!

Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

Lovely lady. Made me feel comfortable. The eyebrow threading was pain free and looks amazing. The waxing was fabulous.

My micro needling was carried out with great care and attention to detail by Monica. It’s clear she knows what’s she doing and Monica takes pride in her work. I’ve booked my next session already.

Lovely staff

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you
