Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had such a lovely experience with Tegan! She was so kind and patient with me from start to finish. I have really long hair and honestly felt a bit sorry for her, but she handled it like a pro and never made me feel rushed. All of the staff were so welcoming too. I was quite nervous going in as a new client, especially as I haven’t had my hair done properly in years due to past experiences. But they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy with the result and will be using Tegan for as long as she’ll have me! Thank you so much 💛

Words cannot describe my reiki experience. Kayleigh was so clear explaining the treatment and I immediately felt her warmth and experience. Kayleigh guided me throughout and I trusted her to lead. She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

It was a great experience having my pedicure with Tee. Tee is always eager to please and, as a pensioner with mobility problems, l.was grateful that she helped me eg putting on my coat and looking out for my taxi. Tee goes above and beyond, so thankyou very much. I shall endeavour to come to J'adore Beaute next month for my treatment.
