Great place to relax. Staff was friendly, the place was clean. My partner and I had sauna/cold plunge and the red light therapy after. The only suggestion I'd have is - it would be great if you could book shorter session for the red light therapy, e.g. 10-15 min. The current, 25min session feels too long, I found it unpleasant laying there in my sweat (it gets very hot after a while, even with the fan on). But otherwise I really enjoyed 😊

Be prepared to be blown away - in a good, hot breath of fresh sauna air kind of way - by the incredible facilities and caring, capable staff at Zen. Yianna is the most intelligent, intuitive, amazing host! It really does have it all - sauna, cold and so much more. A lot of thought has gone into creating the space - the rooms are so well designed that you feel right at home as soon as you walk in & every detail has been carefully curated. My friends and I are happily regulars and will be so for a very long time!

Sauna was great and loved having the tv available to watch relaxing Greek island escapes. Cold plunge and shower were also a delight.

My husband and I booked in for the contrast therapy and loved it. The service was great and how everything worked was explained to us upon arrival. The area was super clean and we especially loved that there were timers for the cold plunge/sauna, a tv for the sauna and that the lights could be dimmed. We will definitely be back!
