The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. As soon as you walk in, the space feels so beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We tried the contrast therapy and loved that we could choose what to watch or listen to, with YouTube available on the screen. The owner was so accommodating and made us feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend it!

What a sensational experience. Beautifully presented and thoughtfully set up. The infared sauna was spicy hot, and the finishing touch of Light therapy to seal your session, was so good! I can't wait to return.
