I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

My first time having a session with Andrea and she is amazing! Focused on all my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed afterwards.

I enjoyed it. It was my first time. I missed in the first half my forehead not being mixed into the treatment. It did get some attention later. The tools could have been used troughout the massage instead of one after the other. It looses the feeling of being in that relaxing state. The wet wipes cloths I would definitely replace by cotton towels. Otherwise I really liked it and so did my skin.

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

Always an amazing facial with Nicole! Look forward to my visits to Cape Town for them

This was my very first time trying laser hair removal and I was honestly a bit nervous, but the experience was amazing from start to finish! Everything was explained so well, the treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable. The space is spotless, professional and relaxing, which made me feel completely at ease. I’m already seeing a difference after just one session and can’t wait for the next! Highly recommend to anyone considering laser you’ll wish you started sooner! 💕✨

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!
