I came in yesterday for eyebrow and upper lip threading with Aman, and she did an amazing job! My eyebrows can be quite tricky to work with because of subtle differences in their natural shape, but Aman took the time to balance them out perfectly while keeping their natural thickness. She was fast, precise, and gentle on the skin. Highly recommend booking with her!

I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.

My first visit here and I must say the process was super easy and comfortable thanks to Samantha! Came in for a face threading and she’s one of the nicest sweetest persons you could ever meet. From when I walked in to when I walked out. She gratefully welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable threading every step of the way. And I’ve had my share of feeling pain while having my face threaded, but with Samantha, painless free I am not kidding. I had such a great experience with Urmi I have visited so many salons in Canada for eyebrow threading and waxing but I was never completely satisfied and had almost stopped getting waxing because I found it too painful. Urmi did my eyebrow threading and waxing and honestly, it was so good and almost pain free.She was very gentle, professional, and did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to Urmi again. Highly recommend her!!

Rajani is the best aesthetician I’ve ever been to!! She’s so kind, friendly, wonderful and she made me feel so comfortable throughout my appt. I’ve had waxes at other places that hurt so bad & irritated my skin so much that it put me off waxing for a long time. I saw all the reviews for Rajani and decided to give it another try & I’m so glad I did. She was gentle, thorough, pain-free, and my skin was SO much happier afterward. This is officially my new go-to spot, and I’ll only be coming here from now on. She’s completely changed my mind about waxing. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!!

Alisia was an absolute professional and my first facial ever was great because of her expertise and skill. I was a bit nervous because of my very sensitive skin but she took to time to walk me through the whole process, explain what each procedure does, and make specific recommendations for me without being pushy. Would highly recommend her as she was very honest about cost, effect of the treatment, and honestly my skin feels great! She was also very accommodating from the start. Really appreciate everything!
