This was my first haircut here in toronto as a tourist. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my hair stylist, I enjoyed the small talk and overall atmosphere. If I visit toronto again I would definitely come back here as this was an amazing experience. Thanks to Fionnuala for making me feel comfortable and taking care of me.

Kate is truly a gem! This is my third appointment with her, and my hair has never felt better. After struggling to find a reliable hair salon, I am so grateful to have discovered this place. I’ve tried several salons in downtown Toronto, but they’ve all left me disappointed. As someone who is very particular about my hair, I can confidently say that Kate is a spectacular stylist! I can’t wait to see what magic she works on my hair next! :)

I love Jen's work. I have lived in Toronto for 5 years, and struggled to find a stylist that was on time and consistent. I leave feeling more like myself, (actually even better then when I walked in. Both haircuts I've gotten have been great. I highly recommend her. I am so happy to have found anti-dote.

Highly recommend Dylan! My hair was in the worst, over-processed state that it had been in decades, as I recently left my stylist back home to come to Toronto. Dylan took the time to talk to me, thoroughly assess the damage, discuss options, but also was willing to let me make the decision. As I’ve been coloring my hair for decades, I knew I needed to listen to him and it turned out so lovely! He also taught me how to use a product (that he’s doesn’t sell) to help repair. And the blow-out was so good! His building is undergoing some issues but don’t let that dissuade you! 👍👍

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

Ayman is a great hair stylist. He and his wife make you feel welcome the minute you enter the salon. My hair has a wave in it but Ayman knows how to cut it so it styles effortlessly and is easy to manage between cuts. I have struggled to find someone to be able to cut my hair - I am so happy I found Ayman. We are fortunate to have a hair stylist at this level in Newmarket. I previously drove to Toronto every two to three weeks for a hair cut but no longer since discovering Ayman. Definitely recommend him.

Tried this salon for the first time. Moved into the area 4 years ago but have not had luck in finding a good salon nearby (coming from downtown Toronto, which had great salons just walking distances away). I went in for my roots and Davide was my stylist. He was incredibly professional and experienced. I am very satisfied with his work and am looking forward to going back!

Incredible! As always! I came in with the wonky-est grown-out pixie, and Kara did an incredible job in bringing my hair back to life. She was extremely patient during the consultation and was so communicative during every step of the hair cut. I felt so comfortable in the salon and left feeling so confident. I already have my follow-up hair appointment in 2.5 months time, and I can't wait!! 10/10 recommend, for anyone looking for a hair stylist in Toronto.

Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Phay is such an amazing stylist who really takes her time on my curly cut to get it just right every time. I always leave feeling so confident (I’ve never felt this way leaving a salon prior to coming to The Curl Lounge!!). My hair health has improved immensely since I started coming 2 years ago. I cannot thank the Curl Lounge enough (it’s worth the trip to Toronto every 3 months)!! They’ve helped me embrace my curls.
