I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

This has to be the most wonderful spa facial experience that I've had. Alla is so knowledgeable and yet, she taps into a facial massage that truly took ten+ years off my face! Not to mention the relaxation of my mind as well.. The world would be a better place if everyone could have this experience!

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. Highly recommend Veera and the Royal York Spa!

Money is excellent with what she does. I did clean up and glow up facial with her. I’m actually glowing next day already. It’s been a week now and receiving so much compliments to my skin. Gerwin gave me the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had. I got the 80 minute relaxation/hot stone reflexology combo and it was BLISS. I hope to try the lymphatic face massage next, as I’ve heard it was amazing as well. This may just be the one stop shop for my self care. I always leave feeling balanced and relaxed. They’re such a breath of fresh air!!! 💜

Shaila Z did an incredible job on my eyebrows — she took her time, paid attention to every small detail, and made my brows look beautifully natural while still lifting and enhancing my whole face. The studio was clean, welcoming, and Shaila made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and about making her clients feel confident.
