I had a wonderful first time experience here today. The esthetician was not only so friendly and welcoming, she also educated me on a lot of things related to waxing. Although I was turned away for a Brazilian (due to the medications I’m currently on), I got my legs waxed. I felt reassured that they really cared about my safety and wanted me to have a good experience. The service was amazing and my legs are completely hair free. I will definitely be revisiting here. Yesterday was my first appointment with Lanna, to remove my existing Gel-X set and start over with fresh nails using the hard gel application with a solid color. She's clean and professional. She actually took the time to soak off my old set so that my natural nails wouldn't get damaged. No nail tech has done that before since they're only interested in ripping them off as much as possible and drilling down my nail bed (ouch) for the sake of speed. She has a sweet personality and very much a people person. I look forward to continuing my nails journey with her services. Thank you Lanna!
