The staff were pleasant and professional, and did my basic men’s mani/pedi with good attention to details. The spa could occasionally or better use of a bit of ventilation, as the smell of some of the other clients nail coatings was quite strong when entering. I’ve suggested this before and will again, for those of us who don’t get anything put on our nails, even clear coat, for whatever reason, we still could benefit from the use of graduated grit nail buffing pads/sponges. Had it at other spa’s and it’s great for smoothing the nail surface and naturally bringing a sheen to the nail.

Most fun I've ever had at a nail salon. Vibe was great. Everyone had a smile on their face, very welcoming and friendly services. Had a full Pedi with Gel polish, done in 40 mins. Can even watch TV while being worked on. Price is very fair. Service was EXCELLENT!!! Definitely coming back next time I need my nails done. DID I MENTION EVERYTHING'S PINK?

Hands down the best waxing experience I’ve ever had! I booked a full leg and underarm wax with Cherie, and she made the whole process smooth—literally and figuratively. Gerwin gave me the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had. I got the 80 minute relaxation/hot stone reflexology combo and it was BLISS. I hope to try the lymphatic face massage next, as I’ve heard it was amazing as well. This may just be the one stop shop for my self care. I always leave feeling balanced and relaxed. I’ve been to Yonge location several times past 2 years. I accidentally booked my waxing at this location first time and I am really glad I did. Sweety was so gentle , caring and sweet as her name. Brazilian usually hurts like hell but she did such an amazing job I am definitely making Bathurst my go to location because of her. I hope she gets a raise because she truly deserves the best!!

The waxing treatments I received were amazing. They paid great attention to my skin and sensitivities, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service.
