I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. My lashes were done in Australia and I was worried I would not be able to find someone in Toronto to do the fills. My worries were unwarranted because Natalia is wonderful. She is a perfectionist which is needed for great looking lashes. My lashes look amazing!!!

I was travelling and unable to do my normal wax routine and already had an appointment to have my lashes done with Brianna and she recommend Reegal for my waxing. WOW! Reegal was amazing, she used a combination of cold wax and threading and had an amazingly soft touch and was incredibly detailed and thorough - I immediately trusted her to let me know if there was other things she saw that needed to be addressed and to do them. I’m so very happy that my original schedule didn’t work out and will definitely be back in Reegals chair again! Thank you!
