I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. Gerwin gave me the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had. I got the 80 minute relaxation/hot stone reflexology combo and it was BLISS. I hope to try the lymphatic face massage next, as I’ve heard it was amazing as well. This may just be the one stop shop for my self care. I always leave feeling balanced and relaxed.
