Carin is the BEST! As a Black woman, I loved that she offers a consultation service so that you have that time to get to know each other, and each other's expectations. Phoebe was my stylist and she was amazing. She had asked me for what I was looking to do as well as pictures of what my hair looked like before the appointment. During the appointment, she worked promptly and ensured I knew what was happening at all times. She ensured I was aware of and consented to any services provided so the bill didn't come out as a surprise. Loved the colour she did on me and I'll definitely be back for a refresh when the time comes. Can't wait for my next visit!
