I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Me and my partner had the privilege to visit the CedarHouse Spa today. It was a great experience and deserves 5 stars. We arrived 15 minutes ahead and had to fill out forms for the first visit. That went well and fast. Had 4 services done. Mani-Pedi, facial and massage. Pampered into oblivion by Marzena. My partner had Natalia. Both were careful and did an excellent job. Their experience shows and their bedside manner was top notch. My partner and I had Claudia work her magic and perform fantastic face treatments on us. Janice did the RMT massages with a steady but firm hand. Recommended!

This has to be the most wonderful spa facial experience that I've had. Alla is so knowledgeable and yet, she taps into a facial massage that truly took ten+ years off my face! Not to mention the relaxation of my mind as well.. The world would be a better place if everyone could have this experience!

The facial was exceptional. I wanted more. The staff here are amazing. I leave from Niagara Falls to come here because they are just that EXCEPTIONAL. My face glowed after this facial. I looked radiant and youthful.

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. Highly recommend Veera and the Royal York Spa!

I cannot recommend Natalia enough for lip blushing. She took her time to map out the perfect shape for my lips and matched the colour I wanted perfectly. Her attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. She is truly a professional artist..and now no lipstick or lipstick liner purchases, the cost of lip blushing will pay for itself! 🎊💋

After looking at her reviews, I decided to get a purifying & hydrating facial and a back facial with Tiffany. Tiffany exceeded my expectations and made my whole experience super relaxing and comfortable to the point where I got sleepy and started to make involuntary snoring sounds. 😂🙈 During my appointment, I also learned a lot and Tiffany was very knowledgeable on providing me tips on maintaining my skin care problems. I definitely look forward to coming back and highly recommend Tiffany for your skincare needs.

My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

My lashes were done in Australia and I was worried I would not be able to find someone in Toronto to do the fills. My worries were unwarranted because Natalia is wonderful. She is a perfectionist which is needed for great looking lashes. My lashes look amazing!!!
