I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. Highly recommend Veera and the Royal York Spa!

I cannot recommend Natalia enough for lip blushing. She took her time to map out the perfect shape for my lips and matched the colour I wanted perfectly. Her attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. She is truly a professional artist..and now no lipstick or lipstick liner purchases, the cost of lip blushing will pay for itself! 🎊💋

Samantha is a great hairstylist and she also gives you great 👍 advice for hairstyles and she knows what style would suit the shape of your face and how it would flow your hair to the shape of your face. Samantha is so sweet kind and it is very nice talking to her while she does your haircut 💇‍♀️ and style and highly recommend for you to come to this hair salon and get Samantha to do your hair. This was my second time seeing Vera for a Classic facial with lymphatic massage. I woke up with such glowy hydrated skin. The puffiness is gone too. It was so nice to have hydrated skin after a long winter. I'll be doing a facial monthly now. Also, the owner is always so nice and helpful no matter the time of day. I love this place!

My lashes were done in Australia and I was worried I would not be able to find someone in Toronto to do the fills. My worries were unwarranted because Natalia is wonderful. She is a perfectionist which is needed for great looking lashes. My lashes look amazing!!!
