Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Really good experience at angels. I have been looking for somewhere that does full body wax without it costing the earth and I've found it. Very reasonable pricing and high standards of service. I met 3 members of staff and they were all lovely. I even added on some threading which was a first for me. Very happy with the results. Thank you.

This was the first facial I've ever had and Michelle made the whole process far less daunting for me, I have no regrets! I can see this becoming a treat for stressful times in the future. Lovely environment, lovely treatment, lovely woman!

Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and hygenic. I was impressed with the fact that she was using gloves and all her tools were sanitized. I am sure that I will be coming back for more services. Good job and keep it up. Also very convenient as they have a free parking space outside and very accommodating. Had a nice experience.
