Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. Really relaxing service, Izabella talks you through all the products she’s using and why she is choosing to use those. I’ve also had amazing results, I have had 3 facial so far x

I’ve had 3 facials with Izabella and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Every appointment feels relaxing but also really results driven. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my skin since I started. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.
