Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I was so pleased with my manicure and pedicure last appointment that l returned today! I chose a cream nailvarnish with some gold butterfly stickers and the result was amazing! 5 stars for the service provided by the girls. Laura gave superb service as always and I wouldn't take a star away from her for the state of the salon. If my rating was on the salon I'd give it 2 stars. The"refit" is terrible. The walls look like bare unfinished plaster. The paint work is shoddy. Skirting, plugs, light fittings look filthy & covered in paint. The pedicure platform is a trip hazard and I do not want to sit with my feet out in the middle of the room for all to see. The manicure tables are too narrow and too close to other clients. Reception already has flaking paint. Very poor
