My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I can truly recommend, so much so I am going back in a month for eye treatment. 10/10

I feel very comfortable. The treatment wasn’t painful. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did the treatment but she had lots of knowledge about what she was doing.

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

had a Brazilian wax and full body wax and the experience was excellent! The staff were so professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. Absolutely incredible facial, an hour of pure relaxation. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming, put me completely at ease. The setting was beautiful very spa-like with low lighting and relaxing music. Michelle has magic hands! Her massage was amazing and the products were lovely, smelt beautiful. My skin is glowing and I feel refreshed after some much needed me-time. I will definitely be back for another facial and will be recommending to my friends/family. Thank you!
