Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. Excellent service from nikki she went above & beyond my son's severe eczema really improved after first appt of light therapy not just his physical appearance but the pain too & also went out of her way to source some serum to further improve his condition & offer additional things he could do to help it.

First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. My makeup always lasts all day/night and I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s also so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend Izabella enough 💖

I’ve had 3 facials with Izabella and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Every appointment feels relaxing but also really results driven. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my skin since I started. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.
