My massage therapist was Fa, she was phenomenal, this was a birthday treat & it was EVERYTHING + more, I HIGHLY recommend getting the Hot oil Relax and Deep tissue with stretching ( Firm pressure) to top things off the establishment is very tranquil & everyone was very welcoming, Thank you Na Thai Therapy!

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.
