I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. I will go back :)

I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam.
