We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Very good. The Thai firm stretching massage was indeed very firm with the perfect level of 'hurts so good' on the stretches. Back and feet cracked. Plus the cupping therapy was new for me and actually felt great. Thank you very much Shalini!

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

This is a mixed review. The massage was amazing. I cannot fault the technique and the attention to detail which is why i'm giving 4. Entirely for the massage. On arrival, the welcome was warm. I didnt have to wait long to be served and I filled in forms and then shown to my room. Wrong masseuse confirmed, room okay, odd smell where you place your head. Towel filled with loads of hairs. No introduction to the massage. I would go back for the massage but the hygiene level was low. It didnt match the quality of the massage. If they fix appearance and cleanliness. This place would be top tier.

Amazing! Bilal diagnosed my injury right away and got to work. I left feeling so much better and with exercises I can do at home.

It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

Unbelievable experience. Will see Fares again. I left the session feeling stronger.

Initial appointment with treatment. Very knowledgeable, thorough explanation of what was happening with my muscles after listening to description of issues. Took care throughout the appointment to ensure I was comfortable with the treatment.
