Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. This is my second time visiting and again it was an amazing experience! I have always been looking for a good hot wax place in Birmingham so I’m glad I’ve found Arivon! Danielle always takes her time to ensure everywhere is properly waxed, asks if I’m happy with what she’s done and explains what she is about to do. Also the background music is amazing lol. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Nian was lovely, so professional, and did a fabulous gel set. Pretty salon, extremely clean and I appreciated the option to have my own kit of supplies. Love this salon and wish I lived closer to visit often, looking forward to my next trip to Birmingham!
