Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I have just had the best full body massage I could hope for. Went in with intense pain and tension throughout my body. Farah did an assessment and worked on my whole body relieving pain and explaining why I was feeling this way in all the different muscles. She recommended exercises to help with sleep by relieving pain. I have come away floating and in a state of dreamy heavenly bliss and very much pain free and relaxed. Balbinder starts by really diagnosing the issue and getting to understand your individual pain to make sure the procedures he performs are specifically tailored to isolate and sort the issue. The procedure itself is amazing and he really makes sure to put in time to ease out every knot. Really recommend this to anyone experiencing any sort of muscle pain.
