I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Cannot fault anything. Lovely welcoming and clean tidy salon. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable in their work. Visited for nail extensions to grow my own underneath. The work and expertise of Nian is fantastic. Nails look at feel great and more and more towards my own nails. Would highly recommend

I have been visiting nails and the city for some time, mainly for gel manicures. But I had with suffering with broken nails that just wouldn’t grow. Nian suggest having an overlay, which has done the job and now I have lovely long nails which are all my own! Nian is great for advice and suggestions, her knowledge is excellent and I completely trust her.

Nian is an amazing technician and considers nail shape and colour match to complexion. The wedding nails were amazing and I got a lot of compliments. Lasted really well. Definitely recommend the hot wax hand and foot treatment. Always a warm welcome. Salon is well managed and clean. All equipment is sterilised and client’s wellbeing prioritised. Lovely pedi by the fabulous Harpreet too. Highly recommend.

Elsa is an amazing professional. This was my first time visiting this salon and you've definitely gained a regular customer. This was my first time having my treatment done my Eme. The experience was absolutely brilliant. I can't thank you enough. I've been a nail biter for nearly all my life and the use of false nails have really ruined my nails. But I am so glad that I chose Eme because one she is so understanding, non judgemental and nice and she made me feel so comfortable. My nails after felt so much better and she really took care with doing them she didn't rush or anything, well worth the money and I couldn't of asked for anything more Thank you Eme my new nail tec :)
