I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

i usuallly never leave reviews but i had to from the moment i walked in to the studio i didn’t wanna leave she’s such a lovely girl with an amazing aura the whole time she was lashing we was just yapping the whole time she took her time but she slayed my lashes felt like i have non her a life time i would just book in not for lashes just to have the best gup shup she understood the assignment and slayed my lashes
