We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Very good. The Thai firm stretching massage was indeed very firm with the perfect level of 'hurts so good' on the stretches. Back and feet cracked. Plus the cupping therapy was new for me and actually felt great. Thank you very much Shalini!

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

My first ever professional massage. I had a head, neck, shoulders and back massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I could feel the knots as she was massaging. Afterwards I felt more flexible and totally relaxed. I also had a 24k facial, all done by the Kavi, very relaxing and gave a beautiful natural glow, not greasy which I do not like that "glowy" look that just looks greasy to me.

Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days
