We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. My first ever professional massage. I had a head, neck, shoulders and back massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I could feel the knots as she was massaging. Afterwards I felt more flexible and totally relaxed. I also had a 24k facial, all done by the Kavi, very relaxing and gave a beautiful natural glow, not greasy which I do not like that "glowy" look that just looks greasy to me.

This is now my favourite and most recommended Thai massage in Birmingham. After my trusted therapist moved back to Thailand, I struggled to find the right place — until Faa. I’ve had two sessions and left both times genuinely rejuvenated. I suffer with lower back pain, sciatic issues and tight hips from long 12-hour shifts, and her deep tissue hot oil massage is strong, precise and truly therapeutic. Skilled, intuitive and never rushed. Highly recommended 10/10.
