Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. Been here twice for micro needling had an excellent service both times the lady was very understanding and took it slower as per my request as I was a bit nervous but she made me feel so comfortable really excited for my next session.

As always- a friendly and caring service. I learned today that the team actually use multiple needles for Botox instead of just topping up with one- in an effort to keep them sharp, in turn making the experience more comfortable for the client. Yet again another small step above and beyond that puts this practice ahead of the rest.

I was honestly so nervous going in as I hate needles. However this experience was amazing, my therapist was so reassuring and took the time to understand me. Not only this but they brought me a warm drink and a box of sweets. Thankyou therapy by aq i enjoyed every second, you will definitely see me again!
