I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing massage with Tukky today and genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the beginning, she was so warm, attentive and professional, and really listened to what I needed. She tailored and adjusted the massage throughout to make sure it was exactly right for me, which made such a difference!
