I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. I usually have a deep tissue massage but yesterday was in too much pain so opted for a relaxing massage. - I fell asleep as soon as I got home for a solid 2 hours and slept like a log all night. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage !

It wasn’t our first visit, this was actually our third time booking with the Mansion Spa, and it just keeps getting better. Our treatments were with Debbie and Valentina, and they were both fantastic. I had the relaxing massage while my friend opted for a deep tissue massage, and we were both incredibly impressed. By the end, we felt so relaxed we genuinely didn’t want to leave. A perfect experience from start to finish… 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back again.

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

I do a lot os workouts cardio, lifting weights ,running and wanted to experience a deep tissue massage was a bit scared that it would be one hour full of pain but I was pleasantly surprised . It had to be a bit painful (on the arwas that nedded) but was so relaxing it was really amazing. Arrived full of stress and with very tight calfs and left feeling that just had mixture of sport massage and a really an amazing relaxing massage .Will be back for sure.

It was absolutely a fantastic massage we had today. Me and my partner went for Thai/deep tissue massage with hot oil. It met our expectations and will definitely book again.
