I’ve been coming to the Only Way is Beauty now for several years, and just love it every time. The staff really do make the place, it’s always a happy environment, the ladies are so down to earth and professional, they really put your care at their forefront. My regular treatment is nails, and I can never fault these. My daughter also now has hers done here too. I’ve recently started venturing out onto other treatments, pedicures, waxing & eyelashes and I can honestly say whatever treatment I have and whoever is doing it, it’s just so relaxing, it always feels a real treat. Although I have been going to Charlotte for manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials for about 16yrs. I was excited but still a little nervous to undergo Eyebrow Microblading ………..She was absolutely amazing as always ! I cannot recommend her enough. The room was even more spotlessly cleaner than normal plastic cling film over EVERYTHING it looked like a private doctor’s surgery (with the exception of very well chosen music on in the background) and then I relaxed. The whole experience was lovely and my eye brows have never looked this good for many years. Thank you Charlotte xx

Bella gave me beautiful brows amongst other treatments. She was an absolute delight, and took such care to make sure I was happy. I can't recommend her highly enough, and will be returning to her for a Korean lash lift and HD brows. I saw photos of her recent lash work and was blown away by how stunning they were. Fantastic! Intimate waxing can be quite an embarrassing experience, but Sel makes you feel comfortable immediately. Love that she has a tv in her room, which takes your mind off it!

I had my first bikini wax today and I have to say it was such a positive experience, I felt so comfortable despite having felt nervous. Any pain was momentary and extremely manageable. I came out feeling fresh, very much the opposite of some of the stories I’d heard from friend’s experiences going to other waxers. Hygiene standards were impeccable, Paula was chatty but professional and her attention to detail while still getting it done quickly is amazing - Could not recommend enough and will be returning as a regular client :) Very happy

Charlotte was great. Friendly and so professional. I was greeted with a nice cup of tea and a happy face. I was in and out for waxing, minimum pain & super efficient. I will definitely be back to the beautiful salon for various other treatment.
