Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

Diana has a magic touch. The treatment included a soothing scalp cleanse, warm water therapy, and an incredibly relaxing massage that melted all my stress away. Anna did a great job on my toes. I had a spa pedicure and she took the time to care for a toe nail that cracked. The massage was very relaxing. It was a very cold day and the manager provided me with a heated lap pad to keep me warm during the appointment.

Love the new management and welcoming environment. Have brought my mother & daughter in for services and they were as pleased as I am. My son and I had a wonderful experience! Artisan was patient and accommodating, this was my son’s first time getting his hair braided and it turned out great. She even found a barber in the building to taper his sides and line him up. The suite was warm and cozy, we were offered refreshments, and enjoyed a show during our service. She also gave a great consultation with helpful style advice and future hair plans. We’ll definitely be back!
